Above all, I can help you start moving towards the path that leads to better living. As a therapist, I believe counseling is a relationship that we journey through together. Therapy begins with understanding you and your concerns.
What motivated me to go into the career of counseling is the ability to help people. From volunteering to my work in community and hospital settings, my passion for helping others has been a constant push in my life.

Sessions are provided in a relaxing and supportive space where you can talk openly with someone who’s open, accepting, and without judgment.
A Little About My Professional Background
I received my Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Texas at Austin in 2006. I then went on to complete my Masters degree in Counseling & Psychology at the University of Mary-Hardin Baylor in 2009.
I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and have been practicing as a counselor since 2011. My counseling focus is on individual and couples therapy using therapy techniques that are specific to the individual and/or couples I’m working with.
My Therapy Approach/Specialty
My main therapy approach is using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy or CBT. Cognitive Behavioral therapy is a counseling treatment proven to be helpful for improving mental health through scientific research.

About Me Outside of Being a Counselor:
I’m married. I grew up in a military family and my father and most of the men in my family (including my husband) are/were veterans. I have 2 cats but no children (yet!). I grew up in Bell County. I’ve traveled to Italy and love vacations in Mexico. My husband and I are huge Doctor Who fans!
